人物經(jīng)歷
1995年，本科畢業(yè)于安徽大學(xué)；
2001年，畢業(yè)于北京航空航天大學(xué)，獲得信息與通信工程博士學(xué)位；
2001-2003年，任航天金卡公司副總師，負(fù)責(zé)國(guó)家重大工程和行業(yè)重大工程研發(fā)和項(xiàng)目管理；
2004-2005年，為北京航空航天大學(xué)電子信息工程學(xué)院博士后。
2013年12月，任北京科技大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)與通信工程學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)。
2018年11月，因在物聯(lián)網(wǎng)及網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間基礎(chǔ)研究方面的成就當(dāng)選為2018年IET Fellow （英國(guó)工程技術(shù)學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)士）。
創(chuàng)建并擔(dān)任賽博網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間北京市國(guó)際科技合作基地主仼，聯(lián)合創(chuàng)建并擔(dān)任北京市網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間數(shù)據(jù)內(nèi)容分析與應(yīng)用工程技術(shù)研究中心副主任。

教授課程：研究生課程《幾何繞射理論》；本科生課程《大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃與創(chuàng)業(yè)》，《IT項(xiàng)目管理》。

近年，寧煥生獲國(guó)防科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)（排名5）、省級(jí)二等獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng)（分別排名6、6、7）。發(fā)表論文20 余篇，被SCI、EI、ISTP收錄8 篇。申請(qǐng)中的國(guó)家和國(guó)防發(fā)明專利3 項(xiàng)（排名1）。
在包括Computer, IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems, IEEE Intelligent Systems, IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid, IEEE Internet of Things Journal等著名期刊在內(nèi)共發(fā)表論文100余篇。出版中文專著4部，其中《RFID重大工程與國(guó)家物聯(lián)網(wǎng)》已發(fā)行萬余冊(cè)（機(jī)械工業(yè)出版社，2009年第1版，2010年第2版，2012年第3版，2015年第4版）；出版《廣義網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間》（電子工業(yè)出版社，2017年）；出版英文專著1部（《Unit and Ubiquitous Internet of Things》, Taylor and Francis Group，CRC Press，2013）。
