1971年12月生于江蘇省建湖縣。清華大學(xué)化學(xué)系副教授。1992年畢業(yè)于北京大學(xué)化學(xué)系，獲學(xué)士學(xué)位；1996年于北京大學(xué)化學(xué)與分子工程學(xué)院獲碩士學(xué)位；2003年于清華大學(xué)化學(xué)系獲博士學(xué)位。畢業(yè)后留校任教，主要從事無機半導(dǎo)體納米材料的制備和性能研究等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的科研與教學(xué)工作，在溶液相無機納米結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)控合成方面取得了一些初步進展，近年來先后在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Inorg. Chem.、J. Phys. Chem. B、Small等上發(fā)表論文20余篇。
Dr. Peng, born in 1971, received his B.S. degree in Department of Chemistry, PekingUniversity in 1992, Ph.D degree in Department of Chemistry, TsinghuaUniversity in 2003. His research interests are focused on the development of controlled-synthesis methodology, property exploration and future applications of inorganic semiconductors.
