人物經(jīng)歷
1985年獲復(fù)旦大學(xué)遺傳學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位，1987年獲復(fù)旦大學(xué)遺傳學(xué)碩士學(xué)位，1996年獲休斯敦德州大學(xué)遺傳學(xué)博士學(xué)位，1996年至1998年在賓夕法尼亞州立大學(xué)分子進(jìn)化遺傳研究所從事博士后研究工作，1998年起在愛荷華州立大學(xué)遺傳發(fā)育與細(xì)胞生物學(xué)學(xué)系從事有關(guān)分子進(jìn)化和基因組學(xué)科研和教學(xué)工作，擔(dān)任Genetica, Journal of Experimental Zoology B雜志編委。2001年獲杜邦青年教員獎、獲NIH和NSF多項(xiàng)資助。2004年獲中國國家杰出青年基金海外合作項(xiàng)目。
研究方向
生物信息學(xué), 計(jì)算生物學(xué), 進(jìn)化比較基因組學(xué)、系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)的演化、和人類遺傳學(xué)和靈長類進(jìn)化。
