主要成就
2002年9月-2004年12月年在德國(guó)德累斯頓工業(yè)大學(xué)物理系應(yīng)用光物理研究所(Institut für Angewandte Photophisik-IAPP, Technische Universität Dresden-TU Dresden)從事博士后研究工作(合作導(dǎo)師為Prof. Dr. Karl Leo)。2005年4月到11月在意大利國(guó)家研究理事會(huì)博洛尼亞分會(huì)有機(jī)合成和光反應(yīng)研究所(Istituto per la Sintesi Organica e la Fotoreattività-ISOF, Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche-CNR) 從事博士后研究工作(合作導(dǎo)師為Dr. Nicola Armaroli)。2006年1月到10月在英國(guó)倫敦大學(xué)瑪麗皇后學(xué)院(Queen Mary, University of London)物理系(合作導(dǎo)師Dr. Williams Gillin)和化學(xué)生物學(xué)院(合作導(dǎo)師Dr. Peter Wyatt)作訪問學(xué)者。2006年12月回到南京大學(xué)工作,現(xiàn)為南京大學(xué)化學(xué)化工學(xué)院配位化學(xué)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室副教授,碩士生導(dǎo)師。 曾參加過國(guó)家973重點(diǎn)研究項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、飛利浦公司主導(dǎo)的歐洲項(xiàng)目OLLA (High Brightness OLEDs for ICT & Next Generation Lighting Applications)等。至今已經(jīng)在國(guó)內(nèi)外核心期刊如J. Mater. Chem.、Appl. Phys. Lett.等上面發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文20余篇,申請(qǐng)國(guó)際發(fā)明專利一項(xiàng)。2002年獲中國(guó)科學(xué)院優(yōu)秀博士生寶潔獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金,2002年獲德國(guó)研究理事會(huì)“Graduierten Kolleg Sensorik”獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金,2006年獲英國(guó)“Leverhulme Trust”基金會(huì)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。

從事的主要研究方向包括功能配合物合成及改性、有機(jī)電致發(fā)光材料和器件制備、有機(jī)無機(jī)雜化發(fā)光材料等。
