駱進(jìn)，男，漢族，1984年6月出生，湖南郴州人，博士，現(xiàn)為中國(guó)地質(zhì)大學(xué)（武漢）工程學(xué)院副教授，主要從事地?zé)崮軕?yīng)用、地下水滲流調(diào)查與計(jì)算、土質(zhì)學(xué)等工程地質(zhì)與巖土工程問(wèn)題研究。
