膜蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)生物學，運用以X-射線晶體學為主的結(jié)構(gòu)生物學手段結(jié)合生物化學、生物物理學等其它方法研究與生命活動或疾病發(fā)生相關的重要膜蛋白的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能; 藥物研發(fā)相關的藥理學及毒理學研究。
