1996-1998年在安徽省安慶石化總廠工作；

2001年至 ,在中國海洋大學(xué)從事科研與教學(xué)工作；

2009-2010在美國紐約州立大學(xué)環(huán)境科學(xué)與森林學(xué)院訪問。

研究方向為海洋界面化學(xué)和海洋生物地球化學(xué)。

主持完成了國家自然科學(xué)基金（40376022和40706040）、山東省中青年科學(xué)家獎勵基金(2007BS08015)，參加過國家自然科學(xué)基金（40606023、40076020和40490263）、博士點基金（20030423007）、“十五”973 (2001CB409700)、中國科學(xué)院特別資助項目（KZ95-04-04-04）等項目的科研工作。主持山東省自然科學(xué)基金（Y2008E04）一項。教學(xué)上講授基礎(chǔ)課《分析化學(xué)》《分析化學(xué)實驗》和《無機化學(xué)實驗》，是海洋化學(xué)國家級教學(xué)團隊成員。發(fā)表論文40篇，其中SCI收錄12篇，EI收錄3篇。
