個(gè)人經(jīng)歷
Bodhi Jones早年與他的母親和妹妹在在Saltspring島、BC上度過(guò)。在他十歲那年他媽媽家搬到溫哥華尋找更多的機(jī)會(huì)。Bodhi發(fā)現(xiàn)他對(duì)音樂(lè)的激情始于他病懨懨的、謎一般的十歲之前，并在這之后自然形成了他獨(dú)特的音樂(lè)特征：中高音流行電聲搖滾。
他從最初作為兩名男子組合"Rider Jones"的主唱逐漸變成獨(dú)唱歌手，2005年以來(lái)，菩提已錄得5張EP和3全長(zhǎng)專輯，同時(shí)在溫哥華市中心的街道上街頭賣(mài)超過(guò)15 000份。2007年組合"Rider Jones"解體后他自學(xué)吉他，最終寫(xiě)成他第一次獨(dú)奏專輯"“From January to June"，售出1000多份。
2009年2月，Bodhi Jones自寫(xiě)、自唱和自錄同名專輯《BodhiJones》，他的這張全長(zhǎng)專輯和2010年4月他發(fā)步的名為《Where Do We Go From Here?》全長(zhǎng)專輯都是由Winston·Hauschild (Hannah Georgas)制作，Shawn Cole (Bend Sinister,Yukon Blonde, andYou Say Party! We Say Die!)來(lái)混音.
2009，菩提被選為維珍電臺(tái)95.3"當(dāng)月最好的不列顛哥倫比亞省藝術(shù)家"；同年被票選為2009年最佳表演項(xiàng)目獎(jiǎng)20強(qiáng)，這也是他第六次入選此獎(jiǎng)；同年他被The Georgia Straight稱為溫哥華的最佳當(dāng)街頭藝人。2010年他再次被票選為當(dāng)年最佳表演項(xiàng)目獎(jiǎng)20強(qiáng)。
2010年，菩提在CTVu2019sCanada AMand Global BCu2019sMorning Show"的當(dāng)年的冬奧會(huì)直播上演唱他的冬奧會(huì)靈感歌曲《Hey El Nino》，同年10月他在Shaw CablesUrban Rush上再次演唱了這首歌。他最新專輯 《Where Do We Go From Here?》10月1日正式發(fā)布，之后在CBC Radio 3、 CBC Radio 1、Virgin RadioVancouver、The Shore、CITR和CFSFU等電臺(tái)播放次數(shù)達(dá)100.5次。
