The Taiwan Scholarship Program
1. I have read, understood and am in agreement with the information and terms provided to me regarding the Scholarship Program of Taiwan, which has been awarded to me by the Republic of China on Taiwan. I also declare that the information that I have provided to the government of the Republic of China on Taiwan is complete and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand and accept the condition that if I default on any of the terms associated with this scholarship, I will immediately be dismissed from this program. (本人已閱讀、瞭解並且同意有關(guān)中華民國(guó)臺(tái)灣獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金計(jì)畫(huà)之資料與規(guī)定，本人承諾在本人獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)書(shū)所提供之資料全部屬實(shí)。本人瞭解並同意，如有任何違反獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金規(guī)定之情事，則本人參與此項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金計(jì)畫(huà)之資格將被立即取消)。
2. Taiwan Scholarship Program Terms of Agreement (臺(tái)灣獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金承諾書(shū)):
a. I will maintain the required academic grades and attendance standards as set by the Ministry of Education. If I fail to do this, I understand that the scholarship will be suspended or revoked. (本人之學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)及出勤應(yīng)達(dá)到本獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金作業(yè)要點(diǎn)規(guī)定之標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，否則依該要點(diǎn)停發(fā)或註銷本獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金)。
b. If I commit criminal offences/misdemeanors, such as engaging in illegal employment, I will be dismissed from the program of study and from receiving the scholarship. (如本人有觸犯法律與行為失當(dāng)如非法打工等情事時(shí)，則本人之受獎(jiǎng)資格將被註銷)。
c. I agree to abide by the laws of the Republic of China on Taiwan, during my stay in Taiwan. (本人在中華民國(guó)停留期間，願(yuàn)遵守中華民國(guó)之法律)。
e. Upon completion of my study program in Taiwan, I will submit a Report of Completion, a school report and my permanent residence mailing address to the Language Center I where I am enrolled in Taiwan and to the ROC Mission in my home country. I agree to fully authorize the Taiwan Ministry of Education to make pubic or publish my Report of Completion. (在臺(tái)學(xué)業(yè)完成後，本人須提出研習(xí)報(bào)告、在學(xué)成績(jī)單與本人之永久通訊地址等資料予本人就讀之華語(yǔ)中心及所屬國(guó)家境內(nèi)之中華民國(guó)駐外機(jī)構(gòu)。本人全權(quán)授權(quán)中華民國(guó)教育部公開(kāi)或出版本人轉(zhuǎn)寫(xiě)之研習(xí)報(bào)告)。
f. I understand that this document has Chinese and English versions, and in the event of any discrepancies, the Chinese version shall prevail. (本人瞭解此件承諾書(shū)有中文與英文二種文字對(duì)照版本，如解釋有歧異時(shí)，以中文版本為準(zhǔn))。
