崗位要求：

1、本科以上學歷，材料化學及化工類專業(yè)，二年以上工作經(jīng)驗 ；

2、熟悉金屬表面處理工藝，具有一定的實操經(jīng)驗；

3、熟悉金屬各類表面處理技術(shù)，如：電泳、氧化、噴涂、清洗等專業(yè)知識；

4、能熟練處理使用化學危險品時出現(xiàn)的突發(fā)事件；

 

5、良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、執(zhí)行能力，態(tài)度積極樂觀。

 

Job description :
1.Responsible for degreasing & acid pickling & phosphating & adhesive dipping process and developing, establishing, maintaining and optimizing work standards,routing, WI (work instructions), test instruction and other process documents for this surface treatment process;make continuously improvement and also develop new process for new products based on hardware & software in company.
  負責酸洗磷化和浸膠的工藝過程，為其開發(fā)，建立，維護和持續(xù)優(yōu)化作業(yè)標準，工藝流程，作業(yè)指導，測試說明等過程控制文件。基于公司軟硬件，持續(xù)改善，為新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)新的酸洗磷化，以及浸膠工藝過程；

2.Offer professional technical support & service to sales team, marketing team and aftermarket team for products;
  為銷售團隊，市場團隊和售后服務團隊提供產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)支持；

3.According to customer requirement, introduce new products and continuously improve current product and make drawings and do manufacturing feasibility analysis and standard cost analysis;
  根據(jù)客戶的需求，導入新產(chǎn)品和持續(xù)改進現(xiàn)有的產(chǎn)品，進行圖紙繪制，制造可行性分析和標準成本分析；

4.Develop, establish, maintain and optimize work standards, routing, WI (work instructions), test instruction and other process documents;

5.Set up and keep optimizing and improving the manufacturing (assembly and machining) process, manufacturing material flow and layout of production line;

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, material, chemical, friction matrial or bachelor degree in related discipline with relevant experience;
  本科及以上學歷，機械類，材料，化工，摩擦材料等專業(yè)，或是其他相關(guān)學科有相關(guān)的工作經(jīng)驗亦可;

2.Familiar with surface treatment for metal parts, especially for Phosphating process & Adhesive dipping and experienced in this area is prefered.
  了解金屬件表面處理，尤其是對酸洗磷化和浸膠工藝，有這方面工作經(jīng)驗的將優(yōu)先考慮；
 
3. At least 3 years’experience in drum brake shoe & fiction lining & brake design & manufacturing area or 5 years’ experience in mechanical assembly and machining area is deaired;
   3年以上鼓式制動蹄，摩擦片和制動器研發(fā)制造領(lǐng)域經(jīng)驗，或是5年以上機械裝配和機加工的經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先考慮;

4.Strong ability to define problems, collect data, trouble shooting, and produce professional engineering reports including introduction, conclusions and recommendations;
  具有很強的生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，收集數(shù)據(jù)信息，解決問題的能力，具有很好的工程報告和調(diào)研報告的能力;

5.Good ability to plan, organize, coordinate and communicate effectively, and able to work with minimum supervision;

Requirements:

2. Up to 3 years antifog related work experience, experience related to automotive lighting is preferable.
