Job Responsibilities:
- Lead sales bid projects for gas turbines as large compressor drives incl. all relevant auxiliary systems
- Analyze customer requirements based on complex specifications from Oil&Gas, Air Separation and other relevant industries and develop the respective solutions;
- Do project specific thermodynamic and rotor dynamic design of industrial gas turbines;
- Participate in customer technical negotiations and product presentation; finalize all technical open items of gas turbine until contract award;
- Be responsible for the overall cost calculation of the complete gas turbine related scope of supply;
- Project handover after receiving an order to project execution departments including Engineering and Project Management in line with applicable guidelines and processes
- Communicate and coordinate with internal partners within international bidding teams and expert network; act at the interface to other Business Units within the Siemens Organization
- Recognize and analyze market requirements and trends and convert it into product development requirements for further R&D activities
- Active involvement in the continuous improvement of the proposal processes and tools to ensure the quality of the proposals
- Knowledge and Technical Requirement
- Mechanical engineering or processing engineering background, turbo-machinery bachelors or masters is preferred
- Professional experience in Sales, Application Management, Project Management or Engineering, preferably in the field of turbo-machinery or gas turbine industry
- Abroad and cross-culture desired
- Excellent English skills both oral and written
