4.制定所有生產(chǎn)所需的設(shè)施、設(shè)備的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和協(xié)議，并確保順利完成其安裝、調(diào)試和驗證工作。

5.提升整車質(zhì)量目標(biāo)，并達(dá)成各項投產(chǎn)任務(wù)，最終實現(xiàn)新車型的順利下線。

崗位職責(zé)：
1.負(fù)責(zé)焊裝車間的相關(guān)技術(shù)問題解決，任務(wù)中質(zhì)量、效率確認(rèn)及安全控制（常規(guī)工作點審核），持續(xù)改善以提升質(zhì)量和效率；
2.與客戶進行確認(rèn)后，進行質(zhì)量技術(shù)文件（工作范圍、作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書）的編制，培訓(xùn)組長及相關(guān)質(zhì)檢人員；
3.負(fù)責(zé)檢驗工具及設(shè)備管理，編制工具、設(shè)備使用作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書，同時負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督檢驗人員對工具設(shè)備的使用和保管；
4.協(xié)助運營經(jīng)理進行團隊建設(shè)、員工培訓(xùn)及發(fā)展、員工關(guān)系及技能考核；
5.負(fù)責(zé)隨時與客戶更新質(zhì)量服務(wù)進度，進行客戶關(guān)系維護、提高客戶滿意度；
6.與運營經(jīng)理保持良好溝通，準(zhǔn)確傳遞并執(zhí)行公司總部相關(guān)規(guī)定；
7.及時、定期反饋運營中所需的支持及問題，并持續(xù)改善、改進。

？Responsible for inspecting tools and equipment management, drawing up equipment work instructions, supervising inspectors’ use and safekeeping;
？Assisting site manager to make team construction, employee training and development, employee relationship and skills assessment;
？Responsible for renewing quality service progress with customer timely, maintaining customer relationship, increasing customer’s satisfaction;
？Keep good communication with site manager, deliver related information correctly from headquarter;
？Provide feedback of the support and problems in operation timely and regularly, and make continuous improvement.

崗位要求：
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，焊裝專業(yè)等相關(guān)工科專業(yè)；
2.汽車及相關(guān)制造行業(yè)從業(yè)三年以上質(zhì)量相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，有管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
3.熟悉相關(guān)汽車行業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系，熟練使用各種質(zhì)量管理工具進行質(zhì)量問題分析；
4.英文可作為工作語言使用。

2. More than 3 years’ working experience in auto motive and related manufacturing industry, applicants with management experience are in advance;
