2005年在 中國科學(xué)院上海藥物研究所獲得有機化學(xué) 博士學(xué)位。2005-2006年在 美國猶他大學(xué)從事博士后研究,2006-2010年在 美國馬里蘭大學(xué)任研究助理,2010-2012年在美國馬里蘭大學(xué)任助理教授。
研究方向
發(fā)展和運用新穎的糖蛋白/糖肽/糖復(fù)合物合成方法和功能性糖組學(xué)分析方法,在化學(xué)和生物學(xué)交叉領(lǐng)域,具體在蛋白糖基化與重大疾病的關(guān)聯(lián)、糖參與的粘附GPCR信號介導(dǎo)、新型糖復(fù)合物在生物醫(yī)藥中的應(yīng)用、基于糖結(jié)構(gòu)的藥物及疫苗研發(fā)等方向上深入探討研究。
