人物經(jīng)歷
2006年本科畢業(yè)于南京大學(xué)物理系。
2011年博士畢業(yè)于美國加州大學(xué)河濱分校物理系,之后在馬里蘭大學(xué)物理和材料能源中心從事博士后工作。
獲得2015年國際物理純粹與應(yīng)用學(xué)會(huì)(IUPAP)青年科學(xué)家獎(jiǎng)。
科研成果
是國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃納米科技青年項(xiàng)目的負(fù)責(zé)人。在新型低維材料的材料物性、能帶調(diào)控、器件工藝等基礎(chǔ)和應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域有十余年的研究經(jīng)歷,已發(fā)表英文論文70多篇,在Web of Science核心期刊庫中的總引用11000 多次,單篇引用超過100 次的論文有19 篇,H 影響因子36。作為第一或者通訊作者的工作發(fā)表在Nature Nanotechnology, Nature Physics, Nature Communications, PNAS, Physical Review Letters, Nano Letters, Advanced Materials, Chemical Society Reviews等期刊上。合作發(fā)表論文包括 Science, Nature, Nature Materials, Nature Nanotechnology等等?蒲谐晒啻伪粐H和國內(nèi)媒體采訪和報(bào)道。
研究方向
新型低維材料的基礎(chǔ)研究 (包括二維原子晶體,一維納米線和零維量子點(diǎn)的基本物理性質(zhì))。 晶圓級(jí)二維半導(dǎo)體的可控生長,在此基礎(chǔ)上的器件工藝、電路設(shè)計(jì)及其在集成電路中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用,包括邏輯,存儲(chǔ)和射頻等器件。 柔性電子學(xué)、印刷電子學(xué)和紙質(zhì)電子學(xué)(器件工藝以及在生物醫(yī)藥,可穿戴設(shè)備中的應(yīng)用) 面向未來智慧城市的新能源解決方案,包括光伏技術(shù)及電站運(yùn)維、新型儲(chǔ)能設(shè)備和智能家居的工程應(yīng)用研究。?代表論文
