研究方向
主要從事微納光子學(xué)、二維層狀材料光電子學(xué)等方面的基礎(chǔ)和應(yīng)用研究,包括:微納光電子學(xué)(微納光子結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)與研究、光子晶體的制備及新型應(yīng)用、片上光子集成器件及回路),二維層狀材料(包括石墨烯(2010年諾貝爾獎(jiǎng))、金屬二硫化物、拓?fù)浣^緣體等)的光電性質(zhì)及光電子器件。
個(gè)人成就
在國(guó)際著名SCI期刊上發(fā)表論文29篇(JCR一區(qū)和二區(qū)論文共16篇);以第一作者發(fā)表SCI論文11篇(其中一區(qū)4篇,二區(qū)5篇),包括:《Nature Photonics》1篇(影響因子:27.254,被《Nature》、《Nature Photonics》、《IEEE Spectrum》等國(guó)際重要學(xué)術(shù)期刊和網(wǎng)絡(luò)雜志評(píng)論16次),《Nano Letters》2篇(影響因子:13.198,均被歐洲物理學(xué)會(huì)的《Nanotechweb.org》評(píng)論),《IEEE Journal of Selected Topics of Quantum Electronics》1篇(影響因子:4.078,邀請(qǐng)論文),《Applied Physics Letters》2篇(影響因子:3.794,其中1篇入選《Nature Photonics》2012年8月的Research highlights),《Optics Express》1篇(影響因子:3.546),《Physical Review A》1篇(影響因子:3.042),《Scientific Reports》1篇(影響因子:5.07)。已公開國(guó)際發(fā)明專利4項(xiàng)。此外,還撰寫了一部題為“On-chip graphene optoelectronics”的專著章節(jié),即將由英國(guó)傳媒集團(tuán)Informa旗下的CRC出版社出版。多次受邀在國(guó)際和國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議上做邀請(qǐng)報(bào)告。
課題組已搭建了多套實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),包括:多光子顯微系統(tǒng)、正交偏振共聚焦顯微系統(tǒng)、微納光電子器件的調(diào)芯系統(tǒng)、熒光共聚焦系統(tǒng)、飛秒激光加工系統(tǒng)等,可提供優(yōu)越的科研環(huán)境和待遇。歡迎具有物理、化學(xué)、材料和光電子/光通信背景的學(xué)生加盟。另外,本課題組學(xué)生有機(jī)會(huì)前往國(guó)外知名高校進(jìn)行合作科研,如美國(guó)麻省理工學(xué)院、斯坦福大學(xué)、賓州州立大學(xué)、芬蘭阿爾托大學(xué)、北京大學(xué)、華中科技大學(xué)等。
