塞繆爾·艾倫伯格（Samuel Eilenberg，1913年9月30日－1998年1月30日）是一個(gè)波蘭-美國(guó)數(shù)學(xué)家，猶太血統(tǒng)。他出生于俄羅斯帝國(guó)時(shí)期的華沙（現(xiàn)在為波蘭），逝于美國(guó)紐約市，他是紐約哥倫比亞大學(xué)的教授，在那里度過(guò)了大部分職業(yè)生涯。
他于1936年在華沙大學(xué)獲得哲學(xué)博士學(xué)位。他的論文導(dǎo)師是Karol Borsuk。他主要研究興趣是代數(shù)拓?fù)�。他與諾曼·斯廷羅德一起建立了同調(diào)論的公理化，與桑德斯·麥克蘭恩（Saunders Mac Lane）合作公理化了同調(diào)代數(shù)。在這個(gè)過(guò)程中，艾倫伯格與 Mac Lane 創(chuàng)立了范疇論。
艾倫伯格加入了尼古拉·布爾巴基小組，與昂利·嘉當(dāng)合作，1956年著有《同調(diào)代數(shù)Homological Algebra》，這是一部經(jīng)典著作。
其后他主要工作是純粹范疇論，是該領(lǐng)域的奠基者之一。Eilenberg swindle（或telescope）是將裂項(xiàng)消元法想法運(yùn)用于投射模的一個(gè)構(gòu)造。
艾倫伯格也寫了一部關(guān)于自動(dòng)機(jī)理論的重要著作。X-機(jī)器（X-machine），是由艾倫伯格1974年引進(jìn)的一種形式的自動(dòng)機(jī)。
