2005年于清華大學(xué)電機(jī)系獲博士學(xué)位,2006年-2008年在清華大學(xué)自動(dòng)化系從事博士后研究,2008年至今在清華大學(xué)電機(jī)系任教,2009年晉升副教授,2013年獲博士生指導(dǎo)教師資格。入選北京市青年英才計(jì)劃。
國(guó)家優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金獲得者(2015)。IEEE Senior Member,IEEE3個(gè)工作組和CIGRE2個(gè)工作組委員,國(guó)際知名期刊IET Renewable Power Generation編委,中國(guó)電機(jī)工程學(xué)會(huì)自動(dòng)化專(zhuān)委會(huì)新能源接入學(xué)組成員,中國(guó)機(jī)械工業(yè)教育協(xié)會(huì)電氣工程及其自動(dòng)化學(xué)科教學(xué)委員會(huì)電力系統(tǒng)及其自動(dòng)化分委員會(huì)委員。
主要從事電網(wǎng)能量管理技術(shù)、電壓穩(wěn)定與電壓控制、信息物理系統(tǒng)(CPS)、電動(dòng)汽車(chē)等領(lǐng)域的研究,作為技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人研制的自動(dòng)電壓控制系統(tǒng),在我國(guó)5個(gè)區(qū)域電網(wǎng)、20個(gè)省級(jí)電網(wǎng)和6個(gè)大型新能源基地應(yīng)用,并推廣到北美最大區(qū)域電網(wǎng)PJM、加拿大BC Hyrdo電網(wǎng)和馬來(lái)西亞國(guó)家電網(wǎng)(TNB)。
主持國(guó)家優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金1項(xiàng)、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金2項(xiàng)(1項(xiàng)已結(jié)題并被評(píng)為電工學(xué)科優(yōu)秀結(jié)題項(xiàng)目)、973/863/支撐計(jì)劃子課題5項(xiàng)。發(fā)表論文110余篇,其中SCI收錄論文30篇(含IEEE Trans論文20篇)、EI收錄論文75篇,論文他引總次數(shù)1200余次,論文曾入選Renewable Energy Global Innovations網(wǎng)站評(píng)出的Key Wind Energy Article(全球相關(guān)領(lǐng)域0.1%論文入選)、中國(guó)領(lǐng)跑者F5000論文,曾在IEEE General Meeting等國(guó)際會(huì)議擔(dān)任Panel主席3次,作特邀報(bào)告5次。
授權(quán)中國(guó)發(fā)明專(zhuān)利20余項(xiàng)、美國(guó)發(fā)明專(zhuān)利1項(xiàng),曾獲日內(nèi)瓦國(guó)際發(fā)明展銀獎(jiǎng)。曾獲國(guó)家級(jí)科技獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)1次,省部級(jí)科技獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)7次,入選中國(guó)高等學(xué)校十大科技進(jìn)展1次。在教學(xué)方面曾獲北京市教學(xué)成果二等獎(jiǎng)、清華大學(xué)青年教師教學(xué)優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)(每年全校不超過(guò)10人)、清華大學(xué)教材評(píng)選特等獎(jiǎng)(每四年評(píng)選1次)和清華大學(xué)青年教師教學(xué)大賽一等獎(jiǎng)。
