簡介
2000年9月 ~ 2001年7月期間在美國賓西法尼亞大學(xué)化學(xué)系蓋峰教授組作訪問學(xué)者,課題方向是采用Step-scan的傅立葉變換紅外手段研究水溶性蛋白折疊/去折疊 的動力學(xué)。這段經(jīng)歷不僅對博士后期間的國家自然科學(xué)基金的成功申請非常有幫助,而且也為采用CD、紅外等手段研究光合系統(tǒng)中的膜蛋白的二級結(jié)構(gòu)奠定了一些 基礎(chǔ);貒蟮牟┦亢笃陂g(2001年9月~ 2004年8月),先后與中科院生物物理所黃有國研究員、植物所李良壁研究員、物理所翁羽翔研究員合作開展了紫色光合細(xì)菌Rps. palustris的LH2中多種類胡蘿卜素共存的生理學(xué)功能研究、高等植物及藻類細(xì)胞色素b6f蛋白復(fù)合體中類胡蘿卜素捕光及光保護(hù)功能等研究。部分結(jié) 果已在光合作用權(quán)威雜志“Photosynthesis Research”上正式發(fā)表。在站期間曾赴日本關(guān)西學(xué)院Yasushi Koyama教授小組學(xué)習(xí)了紫色光合細(xì)菌捕光天線的培養(yǎng)、提取和分離等技術(shù)。此外還獨(dú)立申請并獲得了國家自然科學(xué)基金青年基金的資助(NSFC, #20373079),并在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合變溫吸收、熒光、圓二色、共振拉曼等手段研究了光合作用色素-蛋白復(fù)合物在解聚/重組過程中色素分子光譜行為的變 化及膜蛋白的二級結(jié)構(gòu)、三級結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,此部分文章已整理待投。
