研究概況
主要從事水稻生殖生物學(xué)、基因克隆以及基因工程方面的研究。當(dāng)前發(fā)現(xiàn)了數(shù)個(gè)水稻生殖發(fā)育相關(guān)突變體并實(shí)現(xiàn)基因精細(xì)定位,部分基因正開展基因功能試驗(yàn),進(jìn)展良好。同時(shí),在水稻基因工程和轉(zhuǎn)基因應(yīng)用檢測(cè)等方面具有豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn),當(dāng)前正致力于農(nóng)桿菌介導(dǎo)的水稻快速轉(zhuǎn)化和多基因裝載技術(shù)的研究,取得了較為滿意的結(jié)果。工作期間發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文二十余篇,其中SCI(第一作者)收錄3篇,中文核心以上16篇。當(dāng)前主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金1項(xiàng)(30800084),主研國(guó)家轉(zhuǎn)基因重大專項(xiàng)(2008ZX08001-001)、863(2006AA10A103)和973(2006CB101700)子項(xiàng)目各1項(xiàng)。
