化學(xué)信息學(xué): 以計算機(jī)輔助光譜結(jié)構(gòu)性能關(guān)系為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合化學(xué)計量學(xué)模型與算法的研究,構(gòu)建新穎實用的基于小波變換光譜-結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)聯(lián)體系;化學(xué)軟件研發(fā)。
生物信息學(xué):蛋白質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù)庫序列的分類和歸屬研究;蛋白質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)解析算法;蛋白質(zhì)及相關(guān)類數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)。

工作業(yè)績
主持主研完成(含在研)了國家自然科學(xué)基金項目5項,教育部優(yōu)秀年輕教師基金、博士學(xué)科點專項基金和骨干教師基金各1項,其他省部級科研課題多項,獲部省級成果2項,發(fā)表論文90余篇,出版專著2部,現(xiàn)為四川省化學(xué)化工學(xué)會分析化學(xué)專業(yè)委員會副主任、中國化學(xué)會化學(xué)教育委員會委員、四川省學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人(后備人選)、省跨世紀(jì)杰出青年學(xué)科帶頭人。國家教育部高校理科化學(xué)教學(xué)指導(dǎo)委員會無機(jī)及分析化學(xué)指導(dǎo)組成員。
