人物簡介
賴文生,男,江西龍南人。1984年龍南中學(xué)高中畢業(yè),同年考取蘭州大學(xué)物理系。1988年獲蘭州大學(xué)物理系學(xué)士學(xué)位,1991年獲蘭州大學(xué)材料系碩士學(xué)位。1998年獲清華大學(xué)博士學(xué)位,并留校工作。1999年任清華大學(xué)材料系副教授,2001年至2003年在英國利物浦大工程系做博士后(Research Associate)研究,現(xiàn)為清華大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工程系副教授,碩士生導(dǎo)師。主要從事計(jì)算材料學(xué),薄膜材料、核材料輻照損傷研究。
科研成果
主持和參與十幾項(xiàng)國家和省部級科研項(xiàng)目,在國際權(quán)威期刊上發(fā)表SCI收錄論文50多篇,論文被引用400多次。2005年入選教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃。2008年作為Co-Chair和程序委員會主席組織和主持了第九屆固體輻照效應(yīng)的計(jì)算機(jī)模擬國際會議。指導(dǎo)了9名碩士研究生,其中5名畢業(yè)生中3人出國攻讀博士學(xué)位。
