(1910～1995)曾用名王際坦。山東桓臺人.1931年加入中國共產黨,任國民黨第26路軍中共士兵支部負責人.參與寧都起義的組織工作,同年12月寧都起義后參加紅軍,歷任紅5軍團排長,連長,科長,第14師處長,師黨務委員會委員,軍委干部團上干隊支部委員等職.參加了中央蘇區(qū)第四,第五次反"圍剿"斗爭和中央紅軍長征.抗日戰(zhàn)爭和解放戰(zhàn)爭時期,任中共魯西北特委委員,軍事部部長,山東人民抗日救國軍第10支隊政治部主任,八路軍第129師先遣縱隊政治部主任,新編第8旅政治部主任,冀南軍區(qū)第3軍分區(qū)政治部主任,冀魯豫軍區(qū)第3軍分區(qū)政治委員,冀魯豫軍區(qū),豫皖蘇軍區(qū)政治部主任,解放軍第二野戰(zhàn)軍第15軍副政治委員,第5兵團政治部主任.中華人民共和國成立后,歷任中國駐羅馬尼亞,挪威,肯尼亞,古巴等國大使,外交部副部長,中共中央顧問委員會委員.
揚州大學教授
1965年生，博士，教授，博導。發(fā)育生物學學科帶頭人，2007年獲江蘇省“333高層次人才培養(yǎng)工程”首批中青年科學技術帶頭人�，F主持國家自然科學基金2項，省部級項目4項，參加“973”項目1項。在國內外學術期刊上發(fā)表論文70多篇（SCI收錄13篇）。參編教材2部，專著1部。獲國家教育部科技進步三等獎1項。學習工作經歷
