桂超萬(wàn)，男，1965年8月出生，湖南寧鄉(xiāng)人，1988年6月畢業(yè)于湖南師范大學(xué)政治系，法學(xué)學(xué)士，經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)碩士�，F(xiàn)任益陽(yáng)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院黨委書記（2010年7月1日，原院長(zhǎng)）、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)教授，經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究員，碩士生導(dǎo)師，湖南師范大學(xué)兼職教授。益陽(yáng)市社科聯(lián)副主席，湖南省職業(yè)院校教育教學(xué)評(píng)估與咨詢專家，湖南省教育科學(xué)規(guī)劃專家，益陽(yáng)市職成教學(xué)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)。
桂超萬(wàn)從事教育工作20年，曾擔(dān)任多年的學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，工作上勤于開(kāi)拓，敢于創(chuàng)新，注重改革，業(yè)績(jī)顯著。注重學(xué)術(shù)科研工作， 特別對(duì)于農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)研究比較深入。在全國(guó)中文核心期刊《財(cái)政研究》、《中國(guó)職業(yè)技術(shù)教育》、《東岳論叢》及《中國(guó)教育報(bào)》、《湖南經(jīng)濟(jì)報(bào)》等省級(jí)以上刊物公開(kāi)發(fā)表的論文達(dá)四十多篇。有四項(xiàng)科研成果獲省市級(jí)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，主持和參與六個(gè)省級(jí)社會(huì)科學(xué)課題研究。專著《農(nóng)村人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)研究》，主要著作有《形勢(shì)與政策》、《就業(yè)指導(dǎo)》、 《高考政治課解題技法精講》、《市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)縱橫談》等。
曾兩次獲益陽(yáng)市人民政府授予的二等功獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，2005年被評(píng)為益陽(yáng)市“人才開(kāi)發(fā)與創(chuàng)新工作先進(jìn)個(gè)人”。
