個人履歷
1946年1月生,1978年師從我國著名藥理學(xué)家徐叔云教授,并于1981年獲醫(yī)學(xué)碩士學(xué)位(藥理學(xué)專業(yè))。此后,在中山醫(yī)科大學(xué)藥理教研組陳俊秀教授領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下的心血管組從事三七皂甙及Ca2+通道的研究。1985年2月 - 1987年2月 在 加拿大University of British columbia藥理系questel教授實(shí)驗(yàn)室從事博士后工作, 1987年2月 - 1988年6 月應(yīng)國際著名平滑肌研究專家加拿大McMaster University 平滑肌研究所所長Daniel教授邀請,進(jìn)入其研究所研究三七皂甙對血管平滑肌的作用,1992年2月 - 1993年2月 再度應(yīng)邀赴加拿大平McMaster University平滑肌研究所與Daniel教授進(jìn)行合作研究,1996年12 月- 1997年12 月應(yīng)著名神經(jīng)腦外科專家美國University of Chicago 神經(jīng)腦外科主任Weir教授邀請以客座教授身份進(jìn)入腦血管研究所從事腦血管研究,F(xiàn)為中山大學(xué)中山醫(yī)學(xué)院藥理學(xué)教授、博士導(dǎo)師, 國務(wù)院學(xué)位委員會藥學(xué)評議組成員, “中國藥理學(xué)通報(bào)”常務(wù)編委,“中國藥理學(xué)與毒理學(xué)雜志”編委。
人物生平
自1990年以來,作為項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人已先后承擔(dān)6項(xiàng)國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目, 1項(xiàng)國家科技部攀登計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目, 1項(xiàng)863項(xiàng)目及11項(xiàng)省部級研究項(xiàng)目。長期從事心血管藥理工作,研究工作集中在心血管平滑肌細(xì)胞,與受體操縱Ca2+ 通道相關(guān)的Ca2+ 信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)在生理及病理狀態(tài)下的特性及藥物作用的研究領(lǐng)域,與Cl-信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)之間的關(guān)聯(lián)(Cross talking),以及藥物的作用. 在三七皂甙的研究中,首先發(fā)現(xiàn)它具有特異性阻斷受體操縱Ca2+通道的特性,并從總甙中提出有效的單體。為此1989年及1991年先后二次獲國家教委科技進(jìn)步二等獎。在血管平滑肌細(xì)胞α-腎上腺素受體觸發(fā)內(nèi)流機(jī)理研究, 于1995年獲國家教委科技進(jìn)步一等獎。在氯通道研究中己發(fā)現(xiàn)ClC-3通直道參與血管平滑肌細(xì)胞增殖反應(yīng)與調(diào)控功能。部分研究工作已在心血管領(lǐng)域國際權(quán)威雜志Circulation Research上發(fā)表。至今己在國內(nèi)外雜志上發(fā)表論著130篇并為300余位國外學(xué)者引用。主編及參加《膽道藥理學(xué)》等專著8部。
成就及榮譽(yù)
1991年獲廣東省“七.五”期間高?萍枷冗M(jìn)工作者稱號, 1993年獲廣東省丁穎科技進(jìn)步獎。1995年獲香港求是基金會“杰出青年學(xué)者”獎。1996年被廣東省省委省政府授予“廣東省優(yōu)秀中青年專家”稱號,1997年被衛(wèi)生部授予“有突出貢獻(xiàn)的優(yōu)秀中青年專家”稱號。
教學(xué)成果
關(guān)永源教授己培養(yǎng)博士生27名, 碩士生19名,博士后3名,訪問學(xué)者3名;現(xiàn)正指導(dǎo)的博士生12名,碩士生6名.其中指導(dǎo)的博士生周家國的博士論文在2006年被評為”全國優(yōu)秀博士論文”。
