浙江大學(xué)農(nóng)業(yè)與生物技術(shù)學(xué)院教授
2001-2005年先后在新加坡國立大學(xué)農(nóng)業(yè)分子生物研究院(IMA)、分子與細(xì)胞生物研究院(IMCB)任博士后、研究員等職。2005年后加盟浙江大學(xué)農(nóng)業(yè)與生物技術(shù)學(xué)院。
主要成就
主要從事植物分子生理與作物種質(zhì)創(chuàng)新方面的研究。先后克隆了控制擬南芥花粉管在雌體生殖通道中伸長的VGD1基因、控制雌配子體發(fā)育的KD96基因等,并作為主要貢獻人之一參與了調(diào)控花藥絨氈層細(xì)胞分化的TPD1基因的克隆等。其中VGD1是國際上第一個在植物中認(rèn)定的控制花粉管在雌體生殖通道中泳動的主效基因;該基因的克隆第一次揭示了果膠甲酯酶與花粉管伸長、發(fā)育之間的關(guān)系,從而明確了花粉管在雌體生殖通道中延長的分子機制,有關(guān)論文在Plant Cell雜志上發(fā)表并獲專欄突出介紹。在種質(zhì)創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域的貢獻包括甘藍型油菜、白菜、甘藍等蕓苔屬作物裂莢基因的克隆與操縱,在蕓苔屬植物中克隆了裂莢控制基因并創(chuàng)造了油菜抗裂莢新種質(zhì)。其它貢獻包括無花瓣油菜遺傳規(guī)律、產(chǎn)量生理與避病機制等的研究;有關(guān)系列論文已在國際刊物上發(fā)表,種質(zhì)材料被多家國際育種公司引用。 論文選列
