獲省級二等獎1項，三等獎2項，校級一等獎2項，省裝備協(xié)會論文一等獎1項，榮獲山東大學合校以來第一屆“三八紅旗手”。在國內(nèi)外重要學術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表論文80篇，其中有近30篇被SCI、EI收錄�，F(xiàn)在是《模式識別與人工智能》、《電子與信息學報》、《信號處理》等國內(nèi)多家著名雜志的專職審稿人。

目前作為主持人的在研項目有：教育部網(wǎng)絡技術(shù)項目1項，軍工項目1項，省科學技術(shù)發(fā)展計劃項目1項，省實驗室智能管理系統(tǒng)項目1項，省教學項目1項，山東大學項目2項。作為主要參加人參加的國家自然科學基金項目1項。近年來在DSP應用、嵌入式系統(tǒng)、智能交通、生物特征識別、機器人手眼定標、無線接入網(wǎng)絡（WiMax）的QoS設(shè)計和性能研究等方面均取得了較大成績。

研究生情況：已畢業(yè)研究生13人，在研博士 、碩士生21人。其中有一人獲省優(yōu)秀碩士論文。

招收研究生方向：通信與信息系統(tǒng)、信號與信息處理。
