生平簡介
基思·理查茲是theRollingStones樂隊的創(chuàng)始人之一，作為樂隊的兩大核心之一，比主唱MickJagger小半歲的KeithRichards也是出生于英國的達特福德�；�·理查茲對藥品和酒精的癡迷以及他放蕩、糜爛的生活方式甚至和他高超的吉他技藝一樣出名。他甚至被人稱為是繼他的偶像查克·貝里(ChuckBerry)之后最優(yōu)秀的搖滾節(jié)奏吉他手。
基思·理查茲與MickJagger在60年代初共同創(chuàng)建了theRollingStones并參與創(chuàng)作和錄制了樂隊發(fā)行過的所有專輯。在樂隊1986年的專輯《DirtyWork》之后，由于MickJagger與基思·理查茲的矛盾日漸激化，MickJagger決定全力準備第二張個人專輯，而不舉辦巡演�；�·理查茲索性利用這段時間發(fā)展個人事業(yè)，不僅組建了一支玩票性質的樂隊theXpensiveWinos，而且在1988年發(fā)行了首張個人專輯《TalkIsCheap》�！禩alkIsCheap》在銷量與評論界取得了雙贏，遠比Jagger87年的個人專輯《PrimitiveCool》成功。
在MickJagger單飛失敗之后，基思·理查茲與老搭檔Jagger終于再度聯(lián)手，于1988年底重組了theRollingStones，而樂隊重組后的首張專輯《SteelWheels》以及隨后的巡演大獲成功。1992年，基思·理查茲發(fā)行了第二張個人專輯《MainOffender》。目前，基思·理查茲一直跟隨theRollingStones進行世界巡演。
