植物 系統(tǒng)發(fā)育與分子生態(tài)等方面的研究。 應(yīng)用分子生物學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)，結(jié)合形態(tài)學(xué)，研究重要植物類(lèi)群的親緣關(guān)系和性狀的演化，和特定生態(tài)條件下物種適應(yīng)和分化的分子機(jī)制。
