Joseph Vincent Encarnacion，菲裔。1989年8月15日出生地在加利福尼亞州的圣費爾南多谷，家鄉(xiāng)在菲律賓馬尼拉。于2010年畢業(yè)于伯利克大學。愛好彈吉他和打籃球。因在youtube上上傳自拍流行音樂翻唱而漸漸被熟知,是youtube年度人氣之星，曾與多位網(wǎng)絡紅人合作如陳以桐，Clara C,David,JCjin等等。先后推出單曲《if you stay》、《bumble bee》、《SAD》。2012年10月初推出第一張專輯《Blue Skies》，其中收錄有11首歌。目前JV的人氣依舊不減，他的《SAD》歌曲視頻僅在youtube的播放點擊量就破百萬。而他的youtube主頁更是突破了5000萬！
