主要成就
（1）動態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)分析方法: 開創(chuàng)性地將宏觀國際經(jīng)濟學中的動態(tài)跨期模型和微觀國際經(jīng)濟學中的結(jié)構(gòu)分析模型相結(jié)合，建立動態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)分析方法，并將之應用到國際收支理論（與哥倫比亞大學魏尚進教授、香港中文大學施康教授等合作），提出新興國家（比如中國）的國際收支順差是發(fā)達國家和新興國家之間經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)差別的均衡現(xiàn)象；將之應用到產(chǎn)業(yè)動態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)理論（與世界銀行林毅夫教授、香港科技大學王勇教授等合作），提出產(chǎn)業(yè)升級與經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的動態(tài)模型。?
（2）金融制度與國際經(jīng)濟：開創(chuàng)性地將金融制度引入一般均衡模型，建立實體經(jīng)濟和金融制度的理論聯(lián)系（與哥倫比亞大學魏尚進教授合作），并由此分析金融制度對國際貿(mào)易、資本流動的影響，成為國際上該學術(shù)領(lǐng)域的主要理論模型之一。?
（3）國際貿(mào)易政策：提出通過貿(mào)易改革提高社會福利的充分必要條件(和賓州大學Krishna教授合作)。在各國通用的Feenstra教授所著的國際貿(mào)易研究生教材中，這個條件被稱之為“Ju-Krishna 定理”。
（4）自由貿(mào)易區(qū)：和Krishna合作建立的產(chǎn)地規(guī)定模型是國際學術(shù)界自由貿(mào)易區(qū)理論中主要的微觀經(jīng)濟模型之一。?
（5）產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論：與Baye and Crocker合著的壟斷競爭企業(yè)的子公司模型是子公司理論（Divisionalization）中Google Scholar引用最多的文獻。?
