    康國(guó)政

    康國(guó)政,1969年8月8日出生于貴州遵義。固體力學(xué)博士,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,西南交通大學(xué)力學(xué)與工程學(xué)院院長(zhǎng),牽引動(dòng)力國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任,國(guó)家級(jí)力學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)示范中心主任。

    康國(guó)政于1987年9月至1992年7月在清華大學(xué)材料工程系金屬材料及熱處理專業(yè)就讀大學(xué)本科。1994年3月至1997年12月在西南交通大學(xué)應(yīng)用力學(xué)與工程系固體力學(xué)專業(yè)攻讀博士學(xué)位。1997年12月至2003年7月?lián)挝髂辖煌ù髮W(xué)應(yīng)用力學(xué)與工程系講師、副教授。2010任西南交通大學(xué)力學(xué)與工程學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)。

    康國(guó)政長(zhǎng)期致力于材料循環(huán)本構(gòu)關(guān)系與疲勞失效行為以及結(jié)構(gòu)服役安全性分析,揭示了多種材料的循環(huán)變形特征和疲勞失效行為,建立了新的材料本構(gòu)關(guān)系和疲勞失效模型。


    人物經(jīng)歷

    1969年8月8日,康國(guó)政出生于貴州遵義。

    1987年9月至1992年7月,在清華大學(xué)材料工程系金屬材料及熱處理專業(yè)就讀大學(xué)本科。

    1992年9月至1994年2月,在西南交通大學(xué)材料系金屬材料專業(yè)攻讀碩士學(xué)位。

    1994年3月至1997年12月,在西南交通大學(xué)應(yīng)用力學(xué)與工程系固體力學(xué)專業(yè)攻讀博士學(xué)位。

    1997年12月至2003年7月,擔(dān)任西南交通大學(xué)應(yīng)用力學(xué)與工程系講師、副教授。

    康國(guó)政

    2001年9月至2002年9日,在本名古屋大學(xué)微系統(tǒng)工程系進(jìn)行訪問(wèn)學(xué)者合作研究。

    2003年7月至2005年7月,擔(dān)任西南交通大學(xué)應(yīng)用力學(xué)與工程系教授、系副主任。

    2005年,入選教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃;同年,入選四川省杰出青年學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃。

    2005年7月至2008年6月,擔(dān)任西南交通大學(xué)應(yīng)用力學(xué)與工程系教授、博士生導(dǎo)師、系副主任。

    2007年,入選西南交通大學(xué)“揚(yáng)華之星”高層次人才培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃。

    2008年7月至2015年1月,擔(dān)任西南交通大學(xué)力學(xué)與工程學(xué)院教授、博士生導(dǎo)師、副院長(zhǎng)、院長(zhǎng)(2010)。

    2008年11月至2009年1月,擔(dān)任澳大利亞Monash大學(xué)機(jī)械與航空工程系訪問(wèn)教授。

    2009年10月至2010年9月,擔(dān)任德國(guó)Bochum魯爾大學(xué)連續(xù)統(tǒng)力學(xué)研究所“洪堡”高級(jí)研究員。

    2010年,獲得國(guó)家杰出青年基金。

    2011年11月至2011年11月,擔(dān)任香港科技大學(xué)機(jī)械系訪問(wèn)教授(7天)。

    2012年3月至2012年9月,擔(dān)任德國(guó)Siegen大學(xué)土木系結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)研究所“洪堡”高級(jí)研究員。

    人才培養(yǎng)

    培養(yǎng)理念

    康國(guó)政認(rèn)為,他山之石,可以攻玉。多出去走走、看看外國(guó)的學(xué)術(shù)氛圍,一定是好的。但能夠這樣做的前提是在國(guó)內(nèi)有扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。面對(duì)面的交流遠(yuǎn)比所謂書(shū)上、雜志上看的學(xué)術(shù)成果收獲更大。本科學(xué)習(xí)要培養(yǎng)的應(yīng)當(dāng)是學(xué)生發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題、解決問(wèn)題的能力以及刻苦踏實(shí)、積極主動(dòng)、耐得住寂寞的學(xué)術(shù)研究素質(zhì)。這些都是優(yōu)秀的科研人員必須具備的能力?蒲胁皇怯螒,總有艱難困苦;科研不是灌輸知識(shí),不積極不主動(dòng),只能使科研工作停滯不前?蒲信c課堂的區(qū)別在于科研不知道答案,經(jīng)驗(yàn)、方法只能依靠實(shí)踐來(lái)鍛煉。有自學(xué)能力、創(chuàng)新思維和積極主動(dòng)的同學(xué),后勁足,老師也更加青睞。

    力學(xué)專業(yè)可謂“以不變應(yīng)萬(wàn)變”,力學(xué)是工程科學(xué)的基礎(chǔ),力學(xué)人可以結(jié)合工程實(shí)際按照自己的興趣來(lái)選擇科學(xué)研究的道路,但要對(duì)工程問(wèn)題要有充分的了解。然而,理論基礎(chǔ)比較扎實(shí)的人結(jié)合工程問(wèn)題進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)和應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究,跨越的鴻溝很小,反過(guò)來(lái)就不太容易。

    個(gè)人生活

    惡補(bǔ)英語(yǔ)

    康國(guó)政就讀清華大學(xué)期間,學(xué)習(xí)的是金屬材料及熱處理本科專業(yè),后考入西南交通大學(xué)后攻讀力學(xué)博士!拔矣∠笊羁痰囊婚T(mén)課是大學(xué)物理的電磁學(xué),那位老教授堅(jiān)持全英文教學(xué),教材和講解都是用英文。這可苦了我們這些英語(yǔ)不好的學(xué)生。加上補(bǔ)考,我一共考了三次這門(mén)課,都沒(méi)過(guò),也因此沒(méi)繼續(xù)雙學(xué)位的計(jì)劃。但是,到了研究生學(xué)習(xí)階段,我隔壁寢室的一個(gè)同學(xué)要考托福,天天背單詞,我一開(kāi)始還u2018不堪其擾u2019,后來(lái)干脆和他一起背,F(xiàn)在的英語(yǔ)論文閱讀、審批和撰寫(xiě)基本沒(méi)有問(wèn)題,也是源于那時(shí)候開(kāi)始的積累。在研究生學(xué)習(xí)階段,我還喜歡上閱讀英語(yǔ)原版小說(shuō),圖書(shū)館里的那些小說(shuō)看了很多。英語(yǔ)水平有了質(zhì)的變化,這樣一來(lái)考試還不輕松嗎?到交大后一次就通過(guò)了英語(yǔ)六級(jí)考試。”康國(guó)政回憶道。

    興趣愛(ài)好

    康國(guó)政常往返于各種會(huì)議和事務(wù)處理中。學(xué)術(shù)上的研究工作往往放在晚上和周末、節(jié)假日這些自己的時(shí)間里!伴e著沒(méi)事,那就干活唄!贝送猓喜歡籃球之類的體育活動(dòng),也會(huì)因?yàn)橐习、沒(méi)辦法看NBA勇士對(duì)雷霆的大決戰(zhàn)而感到惋惜!吧习鄷r(shí)候真沒(méi)法看,中午休息的時(shí)候打開(kāi),已經(jīng)只剩下五分鐘了,還是很精彩!”周末便抽出時(shí)間來(lái)陪伴家人。
