真核基因組編輯及高通量功能基因組學(xué)，疾病與感染的分子機(jī)制。
研究方向：
著重發(fā)展和應(yīng)用基因組編輯技術(shù)，涵蓋編碼及非編碼序列的高通量功能基因組學(xué)、生物動(dòng)態(tài)光學(xué)成像及 精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)療。在此基礎(chǔ)上，特別關(guān)注宿主細(xì)胞參與病原微生物感染的分子機(jī)制，為發(fā)展宿主導(dǎo)向的治療手段提供新的藥物靶點(diǎn)和思路。
