人物生平
于北京郵電大學(xué)分別獲得碩士和博士學(xué)位，目前擔(dān)任北京郵電大學(xué)教授，泛網(wǎng)無線通信教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任等職務(wù)。
研究領(lǐng)域
主要從事5G移動通信、認(rèn)知無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)（認(rèn)知無線電）、異構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)融合、頻譜管理技術(shù)、頻譜測量儀器儀表等方面的研究，包括：移動通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)、認(rèn)知無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)、端到端重構(gòu)、無線資源管理、頻譜感知、動態(tài)頻譜管理、跨層優(yōu)化與設(shè)計(jì)、無線信號處理等方面 。
學(xué)術(shù)成果
主持多項(xiàng)國家和國際科研項(xiàng)目，包括863和自然基金項(xiàng)目，國家973項(xiàng)目，歐盟第六框架、第七框架項(xiàng)目等。長期從事寬帶移動通信系統(tǒng)的研究，在IEEE Transaction, IEEE Letters, EURASIP Journal，中國科學(xué)等國內(nèi)外頂級刊物和IEEE ICC，Globecom等知名會議上發(fā)表文章近百篇。擔(dān)任IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications (JSAC)，IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communication （TWC）等著名期刊的審稿人。向ITU-R WP5A/WP5D, IEEE 1900, ETSI and CCSA等國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織提交多項(xiàng)提案，形成3項(xiàng)國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 。
