2016年5月26日,(北京)市委組織部、市委統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)部召開(kāi)北京市第三批高層次黨外代表人士掛職鍛煉啟動(dòng)會(huì),宣布韓魯佳到市政府部門、市屬高校、國(guó)有企業(yè)掛職一年。
2018年1月,免去韓魯佳的北京市農(nóng)村工作委員會(huì)副主任職務(wù)(結(jié)束掛職)。
2018年1月24日,政協(xié)第十二屆全國(guó)委員會(huì)常務(wù)委員會(huì)第二十四次會(huì)議通過(guò),任命韓魯佳為政協(xié)第十三屆全國(guó)委員會(huì)常務(wù)委員。
