2018年1月24日，政協(xié)第十二屆全國委員會常務委員會第二十四次會議通過，任命韓魯佳為政協(xié)第十三屆全國委員會常務委員。

現(xiàn)任第七屆教育部科學技術委員會農林學部委員（2016-）、全國農業(yè)工程領域工程專業(yè)學位研究生教育協(xié)作組組長（2016-）、高等學校教學指導委員會農業(yè)工程類專業(yè)教學指導委員會秘書長（2013-）、國際標準化組織飼料機械技術委員會（ISO/TC293）主席（2015-2020）、中國農業(yè)機械學會第十屆理事會副理事長（2015-）、中國農學會常務理事兼教育工作委員會副主任（2017-）、全國飼料評審委員會委員（2000-）、農業(yè)機械學報副主編（2017-）、農業(yè)工程學報編委會副主任委員（2010-）以及Editorial Board Member of the Journal of Biobased Materials and Bioenergy（2007-）等。
