    劉偉(山東大學(xué)教授)

    劉偉,女,2002年畢業(yè)于山東大學(xué)化學(xué)院,獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2003-2009在美國做博士后從事。2009年7月份回國。中國化學(xué)會應(yīng)用化學(xué)科專業(yè)委員;美國化學(xué)會會員;中國抗癌協(xié)會光動力學(xué)會委員。


    人物經(jīng)歷

    2002年畢業(yè)于山東大學(xué)化學(xué)院,獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2003-2005年在美國Louisiana State University 化學(xué)系做博士后從事卟啉、酞菁配合物光動力治療光敏劑的設(shè)計、合成及性能研究;2007-2009在美國University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center做博士后研究員從事大環(huán)金屬配合物癌癥靶向生物探針的設(shè)計、合成及生物活性的研究;2009年7月回國,在山東大學(xué)晶體所任教授,碩士生導(dǎo)師。

    研究方向

    1、卟啉、酞菁癌癥靶向光動力治療光敏劑及顯影劑的設(shè)計及生物性能測試

    光動力治療(photodynamic therapy, PDT)是近幾十年來發(fā)展起來的一種癌癥治療技術(shù)。該技術(shù)利用光激發(fā)癌細胞內(nèi)部的光敏劑分子(photosensitizer ,PS)產(chǎn)生高細胞毒性的單線態(tài)氧從而在細胞內(nèi)部殺死癌細胞,而使正常組免受傷害。它與手術(shù)、化療和放療等三大傳統(tǒng)的治療腫瘤手段相比,具有許多優(yōu)點和特點。自上世紀70年代進入臨床研究以來,PDT在惡性腫瘤的治療中取得了令人矚目的成就,已成為腫瘤防治研究中的一個十分活躍的領(lǐng)域。它不僅能有效地治療體表腫瘤,同樣亦可治療呼吸道、胃腸道、顱腦、眼、膀胱等部位的腫瘤。美國、日本、荷蘭和加拿大等國的衛(wèi)生部門已相繼確認了這一腫瘤新療法的合法性。PDT在治療非腫瘤疾病方面也得到了廣泛的重視,在不久的將來可能成為治療皮膚病、老年黃斑病變和白血病等頑疾的有效手段。作為PDT的光敏劑,卟啉 (Porphyrin, Por)及其衍生物酞菁(Phthalocyanine, Pc)一直以來發(fā)揮著領(lǐng)銜的作用。迄今,美國食品和醫(yī)藥管理局(Food and Drug Administration, FDA)唯一批準臨床應(yīng)用于腫瘤治療的PDT光敏劑,Photofrin,就是一種血卟啉衍生物(HpD)的提純物,在美國用來治療食道癌和肺癌。在世界范圍內(nèi),Photofrin已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用于治療各種惡性腫瘤并取得了很大成功。本課題旨在設(shè)計并合成出成分單一,高單線態(tài)氧產(chǎn)率、高選擇性的酞菁類光敏劑并進行相應(yīng)的生物功能測試,為光動力治療開發(fā)新型、高效的癌癥治療及顯影藥物。

    2. 酞菁類有機半導(dǎo)體的設(shè)計及器件組裝

    在信息技術(shù)領(lǐng)域,半導(dǎo)體器件占著舉足輕重的作用。作為典型的盤狀有機半導(dǎo)體分子,金屬酞菁因其具有的高遷移率、高穩(wěn)定性、高有序的超薄膜生長特性,是當今有機半導(dǎo)體領(lǐng)域的研究熱點之一。酞菁作為少數(shù)幾種有實際應(yīng)用價值的分子材料之一,已經(jīng)在人類生活的多個方面得到應(yīng)用:如(1)光導(dǎo)材料,已經(jīng)應(yīng)用到復(fù)印機和激光打印機中。(2)電致變色材料,應(yīng)用到氣體傳感器中。(3)光記錄材料,應(yīng)用到商用和家用的CD-R光碟中;(4)光動力治療藥物,應(yīng)用到癌癥的治療中,正在進行后期測試;(5)非線性光學(xué)材料,可以保護精密儀器和人眼免受激光的傷害;(6)酞菁類液晶材料, 等等。 項目的工作旨在于解決酞菁類分子半導(dǎo)體研究中的局限問題,基于酞菁分子結(jié)構(gòu)多樣性特點,設(shè)計合成出溶解度高、穩(wěn)定性好、親水性好的取代酞菁。從而研發(fā)出性能優(yōu)良的酞菁分子半導(dǎo)體以及酞菁/無機復(fù)合半導(dǎo)體材料和器件。
