個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介
1992年山東農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)植物保護(hù)專業(yè)獲學(xué)士學(xué)位,1998年山東農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)農(nóng)業(yè)昆蟲(chóng)與害蟲(chóng)防治學(xué)專業(yè)獲碩士學(xué)位,2001年中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)理學(xué)院農(nóng)藥學(xué)專業(yè)獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位,F(xiàn)主要從事農(nóng)藥學(xué)教學(xué)、科研和技術(shù)推廣工作。

1.農(nóng)藥環(huán)保新劑型開(kāi)發(fā)及加工原理研究緩釋、安全農(nóng)藥微囊化技術(shù),包括新材料篩選、成囊機(jī)理研究和工業(yè)化開(kāi)發(fā);研究環(huán)境友好農(nóng)藥新劑型配方及工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)技術(shù);研發(fā)環(huán)境安全、增效的替代溶劑、表面活性劑及增效助劑
2.微生物源農(nóng)藥研究與開(kāi)發(fā)分離篩選農(nóng)作物土傳病害的拮抗菌,進(jìn)行活性測(cè)定、分離純化、鑒定和活性成分開(kāi)發(fā)利用
3.農(nóng)藥毒理與抗藥性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估研究新農(nóng)藥毒理作用機(jī)制和作用方式,研究農(nóng)作物重要病、蟲(chóng)的抗藥性機(jī)理、抗性監(jiān)測(cè)及其治理措施
4.農(nóng)藥對(duì)靶高效施用技術(shù)研究農(nóng)藥的理化特性、劑型及施藥方法等因素影響對(duì)靶標(biāo)生物沉積效率的規(guī)律以及環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn),研發(fā)提高農(nóng)藥利用率、規(guī)避或降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的措施
