承擔(dān)本科生《細(xì)胞生物學(xué)》、研究生《高級細(xì)胞生物學(xué)》及相關(guān)課程的教學(xué)與建設(shè)任務(wù)。
研究方向
1) 植物細(xì)胞逆境分子生理與調(diào)控:進(jìn)行小麥、水稻等主要農(nóng)作物抗旱、抗鹽及抗高低溫等環(huán)境脅迫的分子生理調(diào)控機(jī)制的研究以及特異農(nóng)藝性狀基因的定位與克隆。以ROS信號途徑及其關(guān)鍵調(diào)節(jié)因子NOX酶基因的表達(dá)、克隆與分子操縱等為切入點,采用一系列T-DNA插入突變體,利用細(xì)胞組織定位、Microarrays、雙向電泳、遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化等技術(shù)與方法,進(jìn)行不同逆境條件下作物耐逆性、關(guān)鍵基因克隆、逆境信號及功能研究;同時,采用圖位克隆、遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化等手段進(jìn)行水稻卷葉、大稈、矮稈、多分蘗等特異農(nóng)藝性狀控制基因的精細(xì)定位與克隆研究。
2) 光合作用與生物能源:進(jìn)行產(chǎn)氫光合微藻、光合細(xì)菌等微生物的分離和篩選與鑒定,創(chuàng)建光合產(chǎn)氫生物反應(yīng)器;同時進(jìn)行作物光合高效機(jī)制、能源作物培育以及秸稈能源轉(zhuǎn)化等方面的基礎(chǔ)與應(yīng)用化研究。
