    黃璐,1984年出生,北京理工大學(xué)管理學(xué)博士,北京理工大學(xué)管理與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院副教授,美國佐治亞理工學(xué)院訪問學(xué)生(2008.07-2009.09),現(xiàn)任北京理工大學(xué)企業(yè)并購評價(jià)研究中心常務(wù)副主任,北京理工大學(xué)管理與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)中心副主任,北京理工大學(xué)管理與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院知識管理與數(shù)據(jù)分析實(shí)驗(yàn)室核心成員、中美英(北京理工大學(xué)管理與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院--佐治亞理工學(xué)院公共政策學(xué)院--曼徹斯特大學(xué)商學(xué)院)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室核心成員,研究方向?yàn)槠髽I(yè)并購、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理、科學(xué)計(jì)量學(xué)、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、技術(shù)預(yù)測。

    2000.09—2004.07 北京理工大學(xué)管理學(xué)本科學(xué)位(信息管理與信息系統(tǒng)專業(yè))2005.09—2010.07 北京理工大學(xué)管理學(xué)博士學(xué)位(管理科學(xué)與工程專業(yè)),期間曾于2008年7月—2009年9月作為訪問學(xué)生在美國佐治亞理工大學(xué)公共政策學(xué)院訪問學(xué)習(xí)。
    2010.07北京理工大學(xué)管理與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院教師。2014年07月,獲聘為副教授。
    先后主持或參加國家自然科學(xué)基金青年基金/面上項(xiàng)目/重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、國家軟科學(xué)、國家科技部、北京市科委等多項(xiàng)國家級、省部級課題研究20余項(xiàng)。參與多項(xiàng)企業(yè)并購實(shí)務(wù),主持企業(yè)委托項(xiàng)目多項(xiàng)。作為獨(dú)立作者出版《企業(yè)并購實(shí)驗(yàn)教程》教材一部。
