蘇運升畢業(yè)于同濟大學城市規(guī)劃專業(yè)，就職于上海同濟城市規(guī)劃設計研究院。他擅長從多學科角度出發(fā)，進行城市及地區(qū)性概念規(guī)劃、城市設計、歷史保護規(guī)劃等，參與過中國大陸50多個城市的城市規(guī)劃項目以及安哥拉新羅安達，俄羅斯圣彼得堡，越南峴港，贊比亞等發(fā)展中國家和城市的規(guī)劃設計項目。2005年至今他作為總規(guī)劃師團隊的核心成員參與了上海2010年世博會規(guī)劃的全過程，領銜了世博村規(guī)劃，并擔任主題館主題演繹顧問，在世博會期間以及開閉幕式受邀作為嘉賓主持CCTV4，CCTV9的直播節(jié)目。

2005年他參與創(chuàng)建《城市中國》雜志，以主題演繹的方式系統(tǒng)研究中國快速城市化過程中的現(xiàn)象和問題。他多次在國家建設部以及同濟大學城市規(guī)劃與建設干部培訓班中授課，同時多次指導同濟大學和英國AA建筑學院，德國包豪斯大學等國際院校聯(lián)合的國際學生工作營。

2006年初至今，他以易筑建筑體系的專利技術創(chuàng)辦易托邦公司，努力推進信息化背景下的中國綠色住宅的產(chǎn)業(yè)化，致力于中國建造及制造的設計集成創(chuàng)新。綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)化房屋建造相關的作品曾發(fā)表于中國-比利時“建筑烏托邦”展，深圳雙年展（2007），成都西博會（2009年）等展覽，并受邀在韓國，丹麥，荷蘭，馬來西亞等國際論壇上做主題發(fā)言。

Biography

Dr. Su Yunshengis a planning consultant for the Shanghai 2010 World Expo, a guest lecturer atShanghaiu2019s Urban Planning Bureau, Director Training Courses, and co-founder ofUrban China Magazine. He has given lectures at Tongji University in Shanghai,AA school in UK, Bauhaus School in German, etc.

Dr. Suearned his bacheloru2019s and masteru2019s degree in Urban Planning, Design andDesign Theories from Tongji University. His career at Shanghai TongjiUrban Planning & Design Institute started in 2001. He has supervised manyimportant Urban Design projects, such as Beijing Tongzhou Canal city, 2010Shanghai Expo-village, etc.

He hasbeen active in bringing the experience of Chinau2019s rapid modernization and itsdesigns to other developing countries. In 2005, he undertook the task ofpromoting Tongji University globally and introduced the concept of “ChinaCities”. That same year, Dr. Su played a role in launching Urban ChinaMagazine, a modern planning and design publication. In 2008, together with someTongji designers, he found Etopia, a conceptual construction platform, point toinnovation for life.
