    曾木圣

    曾木圣,中山大學(xué)腫瘤防治中心研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師。1998年獲得博士學(xué)位。1999-2000年和2000-2003年分別在美國田納西州立大學(xué)生物系(Tennessee State University)和美國波士頓塔夫茨大學(xué)—新英格蘭醫(yī)學(xué)中心(Tufts University-New England Medical Center)從事博士后研究工作。2003年回國后被中山大學(xué)腫瘤防治中心聘為副研究員,組建腫瘤病毒學(xué)和腫瘤分子標(biāo)志研究組。2006年聘為研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,同年入選“教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才計(jì)劃”。2010年入選廣東省“千百十人才國家級培養(yǎng)對象”,并獲2010年“國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金”項(xiàng)目資助。2016年入選廣東省高層次人才特殊支持計(jì)劃“杰出人才”(南粵百杰),F(xiàn)任中山大學(xué)腫瘤防治中心副主任、副院長,中國抗癌協(xié)會(huì)理事,廣東省抗癌協(xié)會(huì)第四屆理事會(huì)常務(wù)理事、秘書長,中國抗癌協(xié)會(huì)腫瘤標(biāo)志專業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任委員,中國抗癌協(xié)會(huì)腫瘤微環(huán)境專業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任委員。當(dāng)選2022年Gordon Research Conference國際鼻咽癌會(huì)議主席,曾任國際EB病毒及相關(guān)疾病協(xié)會(huì)理事。兼任Cancer communications,Scientific Data等雜志編委。長期致力于病毒與腫瘤的基礎(chǔ)研究,發(fā)表SCI收錄論文70余篇。2018年以第一完成人的項(xiàng)目“EB病毒相關(guān)鼻咽癌病因、發(fā)病機(jī)制及其分子標(biāo)志”獲得廣東省自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)。

    科研成就

    回國后組建腫瘤病毒學(xué)和腫瘤分子標(biāo)志研究組,首次完成鼻咽癌相關(guān)EBV全序列分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)鼻咽癌相關(guān)的EBV序列特征【J Virol 2005,入選第一屆中國百篇最具影響優(yōu)秀國際學(xué)術(shù)論文(科技部直屬中國科學(xué)技術(shù)信息研究所評選)】,證實(shí)高發(fā)區(qū)NPC相關(guān)EBV亞型的假設(shè);揭示吸煙可以通過激活EBV參與鼻咽癌發(fā)病的新機(jī)制。發(fā)現(xiàn)EBV-LMP2A通過誘導(dǎo)上皮間質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化和腫瘤啟動(dòng)細(xì)胞群體參與鼻咽癌發(fā)生發(fā)展的新機(jī)制;發(fā)現(xiàn)EBV可以誘導(dǎo)原癌基因Bmi-1的表達(dá),闡明Bmi-1在鼻咽上皮細(xì)胞早期轉(zhuǎn)化和鼻咽癌侵襲和轉(zhuǎn)移中的作用,揭示PTEN/PI3K/Akt/Snail通路介導(dǎo)Bmi-1誘導(dǎo)上皮間質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化和腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移的新機(jī)制。建立首個(gè)單一原癌基因誘導(dǎo)的鼻咽上皮細(xì)胞永生化模型和EBV高效感染上皮細(xì)胞的體外模型,鑒定出EBV感染上皮細(xì)胞的關(guān)鍵受體或共受體(NRP1、MHC-IIA、EphA2等),系統(tǒng)闡明EBV進(jìn)入鼻咽上皮細(xì)胞的機(jī)制,近期聯(lián)合上海藥物研究所余學(xué)奎課題組報(bào)道了高分辨率EBV病毒衣殼全原子結(jié)構(gòu)模型,為鼻咽癌預(yù)防和干預(yù)研究提供了新思路。揭示了食管鱗狀上皮細(xì)胞癌的癌前病變的基因組特征及其與腫瘤的演化發(fā)展關(guān)系,發(fā)現(xiàn)新融合基因RARS-MAD1L1及其在鼻咽癌和頭頸腫瘤中作用與機(jī)制。至2020年止,作為主持人牽頭國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃1項(xiàng)、主持國家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目和國際合作重大項(xiàng)目共4項(xiàng)、“863”課題及“973”課題各1項(xiàng)等。發(fā)表SCI收錄論文70余篇,包括國際上重要專業(yè)性雜志Nature Microbiol, Cell Res, Cancer Cell, J Clin Invest, Nature Commun, PNAS, J Natl Cancer Inst, PLoS Pathog, EMBO Mol Med, EMBO Rep, Cancer Res, Clin Cancer Resh, Ann Oncol, Mol Cancer, J Virol, J Biol Chem等。
