    林忠旭 出生年月: 1978.2 博士生導(dǎo)師、碩士生導(dǎo)師 開設(shè)課程: 植物生物技術(shù) 職稱: 教授 研究方向: 棉花分子遺傳與育種 學(xué)位: 農(nóng)學(xué)博士 ,1996-2000年在華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)植物科學(xué)技術(shù)學(xué)院作物遺傳育種專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí),獲農(nóng)學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位。2000-2005年在植物科學(xué)技術(shù)學(xué)院攻讀作物遺傳育種博士學(xué)位(碩博連讀),于2005年畢業(yè),獲得農(nóng)學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2005年畢業(yè)后留校執(zhí)教,在作物遺傳改良國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室棉花課題組進(jìn)行研究工作,主要從事棉花分子標(biāo)記的開發(fā)、遺傳圖譜構(gòu)建、數(shù)量性狀定位和棉花導(dǎo)入系的構(gòu)建。

    科學(xué)研究

    主要從事棉花分子標(biāo)記的相關(guān)工作,包括新型分子標(biāo)記的開發(fā)、利用分子標(biāo)記構(gòu)建棉花遺傳連鎖圖及重要性狀的QTL定位。目前的研究?jī)?nèi)容有

    (1)陸地棉導(dǎo)入系的構(gòu)建。利用我們已經(jīng)構(gòu)建的高密度分子標(biāo)記遺傳圖譜為輔助,從回交后代中篩選含有海島棉片段的導(dǎo)入系。除此之外,利用四倍體棉花的半野生種達(dá)爾文棉、毛棉和黃褐棉作為供體,向陸地棉進(jìn)行片段導(dǎo)入。利用這些導(dǎo)入系進(jìn)行棉花重要經(jīng)濟(jì)性狀QTL的精細(xì)定位及分子標(biāo)記輔助育種。

    (2)海島棉種質(zhì)進(jìn)行遺傳評(píng)價(jià)和應(yīng)用。利用分子標(biāo)記對(duì)海島棉種質(zhì)進(jìn)行遺傳多樣性分析,根據(jù)聚類結(jié)果挑選優(yōu)良的海島棉材料與陸地棉進(jìn)行雜交、回交,并通過分子標(biāo)記的輔助選擇挑選優(yōu)良品系用于陸地棉的育種。同時(shí),構(gòu)建海島棉的種內(nèi)遺傳圖譜,對(duì)海島棉的重要經(jīng)濟(jì)性狀進(jìn)行定位,輔助海島棉育種。

    (3)陸地棉重組自交系的遺傳評(píng)價(jià),借助于已經(jīng)構(gòu)建的陸地棉種內(nèi)遺傳圖譜,利用多年多點(diǎn)的性狀數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)陸地棉的性狀進(jìn)行遺傳剖析,獲取穩(wěn)定表現(xiàn)的QTL,并從中挑選優(yōu)良品系
