    方華軍(研究員)

    方華軍,1978年9月出生,博士,研究員。2000年在安徽師范大學(xué)國土資源與旅游學(xué)院獲地理學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位。2005年在中國科學(xué)院東北地理與農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)研究所獲環(huán)境科學(xué)博士學(xué)位(碩博連讀)。2005-2007年在中國科學(xué)院地理科學(xué)與資源研究所生物學(xué)博士后流動站學(xué)習(xí)并留所工作,2010-2011年在美國俄克拉荷馬大學(xué)植物與微生物學(xué)系做訪問學(xué)者。2013-2014年在美國密歇根大學(xué)資源與環(huán)境學(xué)院做訪問學(xué)者。先后榮獲中科院王寬誠資環(huán)專項人才、地理所“秉維”優(yōu)秀青年人才、中科院劉永齡冠名獎學(xué)金等6項獎勵。


    研究方向

    研究領(lǐng)域為土壤生物化學(xué),主要研究方向:土壤碳-氮-磷耦合循環(huán)及其環(huán)境效應(yīng)。以中國東部南北樣帶(NSTEC)和中國草地樣帶(CGT)上代表性的森林和草地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)為研究對象,構(gòu)建多形態(tài)的氮沉降和氮磷添加控制試驗,運用生物地球化學(xué)、同位素地球化學(xué)和分子生物學(xué)等手段。

    重點研究

    (1)土壤碳氮磷的賦存形態(tài)、轉(zhuǎn)化與功能微生物群落組成之間的關(guān)聯(lián)機制;

    (2)植物-土壤-微生物交互作用對土壤碳氮磷動態(tài)的調(diào)控機制;

    (3)土壤-大氣界面碳氮氣體通量(CO2、CH4、N2O和NO)的產(chǎn)生、消耗及其對氮磷添加的非線性響應(yīng)機制;

    (4)大氣氮磷沉降對土壤有機質(zhì)組成和化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性的影響機制。

    研究成果

    過去10年(2005-2015),以土壤碳氮交互作用為研究方向,依托樣帶控制試驗和室內(nèi)培養(yǎng)實驗兩個平臺,從分子、界面和生態(tài)系統(tǒng)三個尺度,系統(tǒng)研究了氮沉降增加對土壤微生物功能群、碳氮氣體通量和SOM穩(wěn)定性的影響。率先開展多形態(tài)、低劑量的氮沉降控制試驗研究,闡明了氮素富集與土壤酸化的相互作用,提出土壤碳氮通量對增氮的非線性響應(yīng)模式,揭示了增氮影響土壤碳截存的生物化學(xué)機制。迄今,在國內(nèi)外期刊發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文102篇,SCI收錄42篇,CSCD收錄60篇;其中以第一/通訊作者發(fā)表論文50篇,SCI收錄22篇,參寫專著6部。主持課題16項,包括3項國家自然科學(xué)基金、1項“秉維”優(yōu)秀青年人才基金和7項科技部973、基金委重大/重點基金專題。
