楊軍，北京航空航天大學(xué) 化學(xué)與環(huán)境學(xué)院副教授； 1987年獲哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)應(yīng)用化學(xué)專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位，1987-1994年在山東工業(yè)大學(xué)（現(xiàn)山東大學(xué)）任講師，1992-1994年任研究室副主任。1994-1998年在清華大學(xué)獲環(huán)境工程專業(yè)博士學(xué)位，1998-2000年在北京大學(xué)城市與環(huán)境學(xué)系做博士后研究。
2000年至今在北航環(huán)境工程系工作，2001-2003年任副系主任，創(chuàng)建北航環(huán)境工程專業(yè)。2002-2005年任北航科技處副處長(zhǎng)，2003-2004年任國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期科技規(guī)劃辦公室重大專項(xiàng)論證秘書(shū)組組長(zhǎng)，2005-2006年任北航發(fā)展規(guī)劃處副處長(zhǎng)。2007-2008年在英國(guó)牛津大學(xué)工程科學(xué)系做訪問(wèn)合作研究。2011年開(kāi)始與美國(guó)斯坦福大學(xué)、華大基因研究院開(kāi)展項(xiàng)目合作研究。
主講環(huán)境工程本科生核心課程“水處理工程2”和“環(huán)境規(guī)劃與管理”，研究生課程“環(huán)境研究方法與學(xué)科進(jìn)展”。
曾獲國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期科學(xué)與技術(shù)發(fā)展規(guī)劃重要貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)、省高等學(xué)校優(yōu)秀教學(xué)成果獎(jiǎng)和校級(jí)優(yōu)秀教師等獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。中國(guó)環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)水環(huán)境分會(huì)常務(wù)理事和環(huán)境經(jīng)濟(jì)分會(huì)理事，中國(guó)微生物學(xué)會(huì)空間微生物專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員，國(guó)際水協(xié)（IWA）和美國(guó)微生物學(xué)會(huì)（ASM）會(huì)員。
? 主要研究方向?yàn)榄h(huán)境生物技術(shù)、水質(zhì)理論與技術(shù)，以及環(huán)境政策等。組織完成國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期科技規(guī)劃重大專項(xiàng)論證，主持或參與完成973計(jì)劃黃河項(xiàng)目和密閉艙室環(huán)境安全保障納米復(fù)合材料項(xiàng)目，國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金強(qiáng)污染有機(jī)廢水資源化和聚乙烯生物降解機(jī)理，以及國(guó)際合作和深港合作等十余個(gè)項(xiàng)目。
? 在研主持項(xiàng)目：包括國(guó)家科技重大專項(xiàng)、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目“同位素示蹤和分子生物學(xué)方法分析高效生物降解聚苯乙烯的過(guò)程及其代謝體系（批準(zhǔn)號(hào)：51373006，2014-2017）”，973計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目“密閉艙室環(huán)境安全保障納米復(fù)合材料-特種功能納米復(fù)合材料的設(shè)計(jì)與制備（批準(zhǔn)號(hào)：2014CB931800，2014-2018）。

Dr. Jun YANG is an associate professor at Beihang University in Beijing, China. He received a B.S. degree in Chemistry in 1984, an M.S. degree in Applied Chemistry from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin in 1987, a Ph.D. degree in Environmental Engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing in 1998.
From 1987 to 1994, he served as a lecture in Environmental Engineering Division at Shandong University （formerly Shandong University of Technology）.
He finished his post-doctorate work in School of Urban and Environmental Sciences at Peking University in 2000 and then joined Beihang University for establishing the Environmental Engineering Discipline as Deputy Chair of the Department.
He served as Deputy Director of Division of R & D and then Division of Development & Planning at Beihang University during 2002-2006. From 2003 to 2004, as a leader of secretary group, he participated in the demonstration of Key Special Programs of National Long-and-medium-term Program for Sci-Tech Development of State Council.
He worked in Department of Engineering Science at Oxford University for one year as a Visiting Scholar in 2007-2008. Now, He is the leader of a joint project team on environmental biotechnology collaborated with Beihang University, Stanford University, USA and BGI in Shenzhen.
Dr. Yangu2019s research interests include environmental biotechnology, wastewater biological treatment.waste treatment and disposal and environmental policy. Recently, his research work has been mainly devoted to global waste plastic pollution and biodegradation of plastics. He has published over 20 papers.
He teaches two BS courses on wastewater engineering and environmental planning & management and one graduate course on progress in environmental science & engineering.
?Dr. Yang was awarded the Outstanding Contribution Prize to National Long-and-medium-term Program for Sci-Tech Development of State Council of China in 2004, Presidential Distinguished Teacher Awards in 1991 and Shandong Provincial Outstanding Teaching Achievement Prize in 1991.
He is the member of International Water Association （IWA） and American Society for Microbiology （ASM）, and the Fellow of the Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences （Water Environment and Environmental Economics） and Chinese Society for Microbiology。
