個人簡介
黃啟宏，男，副教授，生于1974年，研究生學(xué)歷，博士學(xué)位。2007年獲電子科技大學(xué) 信號與信息處理專業(yè)博士學(xué)位，現(xiàn)任 電子工程學(xué)院副院長。
研究方向
1．?dāng)?shù)字信號處理和圖像信息技術(shù)
2．綜合觀測數(shù)據(jù)的融合和三維成像技術(shù)

1．流形學(xué)習(xí)方法在高維圖像識別中的研究，項目負(fù)責(zé)人。
2．全天空云量、云狀自動識別系統(tǒng)的研制，主研。
3．天氣現(xiàn)象自動觀測系統(tǒng)，主研。
