基本介紹
男,電子科技大學電子工程學院微波工程系副教授。2005年畢業(yè)于電子科技大學電子工程學院電磁場與微波通訊專業(yè),后保送進入東南大學毫米波國家重點實驗室,2010年1月畢業(yè)取得了電磁場與微波技術(shù)博士學位,2010年至今任教于電子科技大學,2011年破格晉升副教授。主要從事微波理論與技術(shù)、天線、微波毫米波器件/電路與系統(tǒng)的研究。先后獲2011年度江蘇省優(yōu)秀博士學位論文、2012 年度全國百篇優(yōu)秀博士學位論文。共發(fā)表論文40余篇,其中SCI 收錄24篇(第一作者20篇),EI 收錄39篇,含IEEE Trans. 9篇、IEEE最高等級刊物Proc. IEEE特邀論文和IEEE Antennas Propag. Mag.封面論文;SCI 期刊論文總引用150次,他引72次;授權(quán)發(fā)明專利11項;現(xiàn)擔任IEEE Trans. Antennas Propag.、IEEE Microw. Wirel. Compon. Lett.和IEEE Antennas Propag. Lett.等國際期刊審稿人;作為項目負責人或主研承擔了國家自然科學基金、973 計劃子課題、863 主題項目等科研項目多項。

研究方向
一、毫米波高性能平面集成天線的實現(xiàn)機理和關鍵技術(shù)
針對毫米波集成天線、單脈沖集成天線展開了深入研究并獲得了多項原創(chuàng)性成果,較好地滿足了當前毫米波系統(tǒng)對高性能低成本平面天線的迫切需求。
二、波束成形網(wǎng)絡平面化機理和集成多波束陣列天線關鍵技術(shù)
提出了毫米波波束成形網(wǎng)絡平面化實現(xiàn)機理和實現(xiàn)方法,在多波束天線的集成化領域取得了一系列突破,開發(fā)出多種新型的基片集成多波束陣列天線,同時較好地解決了波束成形網(wǎng)絡和多波束天線小型化、可重構(gòu)化問題。
三、新型基片集成電路特性分析及應用研究
圍繞基片集成電路理論和應用開展了深入研究,在基片集成電路寬帶化、小型化、多功能集成等領域取得了一系列創(chuàng)新成果。
四、微波能應用機理和應用研究
圍繞低能耗、低排放、低污染的汽車內(nèi)燃機點火新技術(shù)和大規(guī)模高效微波能應用展開研究。
