工作經(jīng)歷
1999年赴美國留學(xué),先后任美國新澤西州貝爾實驗室通信科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)研究中心高速網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究部博士后和貝爾實驗室先進通信技術(shù)中心研究員。
2003年由清華大學(xué)引進回國工作。任清華大學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)科學(xué)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間研究院副院長、網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系結(jié)構(gòu)研究室主任,清華大學(xué)長聘教授、計算機科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)科和網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間安全學(xué)科博士生導(dǎo)師,北京信息科學(xué)與技術(shù)國家研究中心未來網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論與應(yīng)用研究部主任,國家“十二五”863“未來網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系結(jié)構(gòu)和創(chuàng)新環(huán)境”首席專家。
先后主持或承擔(dān)國家重點研發(fā)計劃、國家863計劃、國家自然科學(xué)基金、國際合作研究基金、國家科技支撐計劃、國家發(fā)改委下一代互聯(lián)網(wǎng)示范工程CNGI等20多個科研項目,其中“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)真實源地址驗證關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及其應(yīng)用”“支持IPv6源地址驗證的交換機關(guān)鍵技術(shù)”和“IPv6核心路由器”等科研成果產(chǎn)生了重要的國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)影響。
先后發(fā)表了SCI收錄學(xué)術(shù)論文60余篇、EI收錄學(xué)術(shù)論文200余篇,并在網(wǎng)絡(luò)領(lǐng)域排名第一的頂級國際學(xué)術(shù)會議SIGCOMM發(fā)表了清華大學(xué)首篇長文。先后獲得國家授權(quán)發(fā)明專利20余項和國際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)組織IETF的RFC國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)5項。
畢軍,清華大學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)科學(xué)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間研究院網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系結(jié)構(gòu)和IPv6研究室主任、教授,計算機學(xué)科博士生導(dǎo)師。

主要貢獻
目前主要從事新型互聯(lián)網(wǎng)協(xié)議(IPv6協(xié)議、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)源地址驗證、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)路由等)和新型網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系結(jié)構(gòu)(軟件定義網(wǎng)SDN和內(nèi)容中心網(wǎng)NDN等)領(lǐng)域的研究工作。近年主持二十余項新一代互聯(lián)網(wǎng)領(lǐng)域的國家863、國家自然科學(xué)基金、教育部博士點基金、國際合作研究基金、國家科技支撐計劃、國家發(fā)改委下一代互聯(lián)網(wǎng)CNGI專項等資助的科研項目,其中“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)真實源地址驗證關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及其應(yīng)用”(排名第2)、“支持IPv6源地址驗證的交換機關(guān)鍵技術(shù)”(排名第1)、“IPv6核心路由器”等成果經(jīng)教育部或工信部鑒定有多項國際首創(chuàng),達到國際領(lǐng)先水平,并獲得大規(guī)模推廣應(yīng)用。2013年英國新科學(xué)家雜志發(fā)表題為“China’s next-generation internet is a world-beater”的報道,其中對此成果(SAVA)予以高度評價。在未來互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和軟件定義網(wǎng)絡(luò)SDN領(lǐng)域有較高國際影響力,其中域間SDN領(lǐng)域的成果獲得美國Internet2報道,并獲得互聯(lián)網(wǎng)先驅(qū)Internet2 CTO Stephen Wolff的高度評價。
入選教育部“新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才”,先后獲得國家科技進步二等獎、教育部技術(shù)發(fā)明一等獎、中國通信學(xué)會科學(xué)技術(shù)一等獎和二等獎、中國高校十大科技進展等獎勵、獲北京市“優(yōu)秀青年知識分子”稱號。獲得IEEE ICCCN2014杰出領(lǐng)導(dǎo)獎。所指導(dǎo)的學(xué)生獲得頂級國際學(xué)術(shù)會議ACM SIGCOMM 2014研究競賽獎(Student Research Completion Award)、美國Internet2應(yīng)用研究獎(2013 Internet2 Innovative Application Award)等。
近年來以第一作者或所指導(dǎo)學(xué)生第一作者時本人為第二作者(通訊作者),發(fā)表SCI 收錄的學(xué)術(shù)論文三十余篇、EI 收錄的學(xué)術(shù)論文百余篇;在國外出版的2本SDN學(xué)術(shù)著作中撰寫章節(jié),并出版在業(yè)界有影響力的SDN譯著一部;以第一發(fā)明人獲得國家發(fā)明專利授權(quán)二十余項;以第一作者或第二作者制定國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)草案近三十項,已獲得頒布或工作組批準(zhǔn)四項(其中2項第1作者的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為重要的Standard Track)。
