人物經(jīng)歷
2002年中國科學技術大學計算機系博士畢業(yè)，獲計算機軟件與理論專業(yè)博士學位。
2002年起在國家高性能計算中心（合肥）從事并行計算與應用相關的研究工作。
2011年受邀參與《算法導論》第三版的主要翻譯工作。
科研項目
已主持國家重點自然科學基金子課題及面上課題、973子課題、863子課題1項各1項，作為骨干參加了863、973、發(fā)改委和工信部等課題十余項。
主講課程
并行計算（計算機學院本科）；并行算法（計算機學院研究生）；算法設計與分析（軟件學院研究生）；多核并行計算（軟件學院研究生）。研究方向
1、大數(shù)據(jù)挖掘及生物信息學算法2、并行分布式系統(tǒng)及性能優(yōu)化科研成果
