人物簡(jiǎn)介
一直從事半導(dǎo)體薄膜材料物理與器件的研究,包括薄膜晶體管、太陽(yáng)能電池材料、硅基發(fā)光原型器件等。曾經(jīng)主持與參與了多項(xiàng)國(guó)家與省部級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目。近期主要工作集中在半導(dǎo)體量子點(diǎn)的制備、光電特性與器件應(yīng)用以及碳基薄膜材料的研究方面。
至今已發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文 90 余篇,論文被多次引用。曾獲江蘇省科技進(jìn)步一、二等獎(jiǎng)各一次, 2000 年獲教育部?jī)?yōu)秀青年教師獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)基金。

1. 硅基納米結(jié)構(gòu)材料的可控制備;
2. 硅基納電子與光電子器件;
3. 稀土摻雜功能薄膜與應(yīng)用;
4. 新一代太陽(yáng)電池。
