曾主持和參加多項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目,美國(guó)NIH研究項(xiàng)目的工作,在Cell,Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis, and Vascular Biology,Hypertension,Kidney International,Cell Research,American Journal of Physiology - Heart and Circulatory Physiology,Journal of Cerebral Blood Flow and Metabolism,The Journal of Neuroscience,Journal of Neurochemistry,Neuroscience,Neuroscience Letters,Experimental Neurology,Neuropharmacology,Brain Research,Acta Physiologica 等國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)著名雜志發(fā)表論文40余篇。參與研究生《Human Physiology》(人類生理學(xué)),《Ion channels》(離子通道學(xué)),《現(xiàn)代生理學(xué)進(jìn)展》和《高級(jí)生理學(xué)》等課程教學(xué)工作。
實(shí)驗(yàn)室主要運(yùn)用膜片鉗、細(xì)胞成像和生物化學(xué)等多種技術(shù)和方法研究骨骼肌、心肌、神經(jīng)細(xì)胞的鈣離子通道、細(xì)胞內(nèi)鈣釋放通道在人類疾病中的功能和調(diào)節(jié)作用。
