個人基本情況
葉繼丹，男，漢族，1966年生，博士， 研究員，碩導(dǎo)。1987年6月畢業(yè)于 華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)，1990年6月和2003年6月畢業(yè)于 東北農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)，分別獲 農(nóng)學(xué)學(xué)士、碩士和博士學(xué)位。曾主持承擔(dān)國家、省和市級項目15項；在發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文80余篇，其中SCI論文14篇；獲 黑龍江省科技進步二等獎2項，農(nóng)業(yè)部科技進步三等獎1項， 廈門市科技進步二等獎1項；獲得授權(quán) 國家發(fā)明專利2項。
教學(xué)情況
為本科學(xué)生開設(shè)《 動物營養(yǎng)學(xué)》和《 配合飼料學(xué)》課程，為研究生開設(shè)《高級動物營養(yǎng)學(xué)》、《高級動物飼料學(xué)》和《 水產(chǎn)動物營養(yǎng)與飼料學(xué)》�！� 配合飼料學(xué)》為 集美大學(xué)精品課程。
研究方向
水產(chǎn)動物營養(yǎng)與代謝調(diào)控機理、水產(chǎn)飼料的研究與開發(fā)。
近年來主持的科研項目
主持國家自然科學(xué)基金項目“利用代謝組學(xué)方法研究牛磺酸調(diào)控魚類生長的機制（31372546）”，2014.1-2017.12。
主持福建省自然科學(xué)基金項目“飼料直鏈/支鏈淀粉比及其與蛋白和脂肪互作對羅非魚糖代謝影響的研究（2012J01141）”，2012.01-2014.12。
